Slowing Down

I have been a bit quiet over here lately. My energy has been solely focused on getting my new space up and going, with a lot of planning and hard work happening behind the scenes. I’m trying my best to be present in my surroundings. We live in such a chaotic, haste-paced world these days. Valuing instant gratification over natural processes, convincing us that being faster, or having more of something, somehow equals better. This is simply, untrue. Our  connection  to  nature  is a special and beautiful power that far too few are experiencing these days and is often taken for granted as we rush through our day-to-day. Growing these plants and harvesting flowers is so much more to me than just a snip of a stem or a pretty photo. There is so much love and care that goes into every part of my practice. My hope is that through sharing my journey, I can encourage others to  slow  down  and   be present. I want everyone to truly feel  the intimacy  and  magic  of nature,   of  Mother Earth. I hope it holds a space for you to tune in and connect as well.     Breathe  in,   b r e a t h e   out.

With  gratitude,                 Cachaé
